Overview
Coastal SACCO needed to modernise email and collaboration while meeting new regulatory requirements around member data handling.
The Challenge
Eight years of email had to migrate without loss, staff across three branches needed retraining, and the resulting configuration had to satisfy an external audit.
Our Solution
We migrated 140 mailboxes to Microsoft 365, enforced multi-factor authentication and conditional access, configured data-loss prevention rules around member information, and ran hands-on training at each branch.
The Results
The SACCO passed its subsequent regulatory audit with no IT findings. Staff now collaborate across branches on shared documents rather than emailing attachments.
