Yes. Our clients range from five-person offices to institutions with hundreds of staff. Support plans are scaled to the size of your organisation.

Products & Orders

Yes. We are an authorised partner for HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco and Hikvision, and source exclusively through authorised distribution channels. Every product carries a valid manufacturer warranty registered in your name.

Yes. Volume pricing is available for corporate, education and government purchases. Send us your requirements and we will prepare a formal quotation.

We accept bank transfer, M-Pesa, cheque and major cards. Approved corporate accounts may be granted 30-day credit terms.

Yes. We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners. Delivery costs and timelines are confirmed on your quotation.

Support & Warranty

Warranty periods are set by the manufacturer and stated on every product page — typically one to three years. We handle warranty claims locally on your behalf rather than sending you to the manufacturer.

Critical issues receive a response within one hour during business hours, with an engineer on site the same day where required. Standard requests are acknowledged within four hours.

Yes. Annual support contracts cover remote assistance, scheduled preventive maintenance and defined response times at a fixed monthly cost.

Yes. Our support contracts can cover your existing equipment regardless of where it was purchased, subject to an initial assessment.

Services & Projects

Yes. Site surveys within Nairobi are free of charge for networking, CCTV and infrastructure projects. Surveys further afield may attract a travel cost, confirmed in advance.

It depends on scope. A small office network takes two to three days; a multi-site deployment may run several weeks. Every quotation includes a project timeline.

Yes. For environments that cannot tolerate downtime — hospitals, retail, manufacturing — we schedule work overnight or at weekends at no premium on contracted projects.
