Overview
Rift Valley Manufacturing needed reliable connectivity across a plant where dust, heat and vibration destroy standard office equipment.
The Challenge
Standard access points had repeatedly failed in the production area, and there was no visibility into which link was at fault when systems dropped.
Our Solution
We deployed industrial-rated switches in sealed enclosures, ruggedised wireless access points, and network monitoring that alerts our support desk before staff notice a problem.
The Results
The plant network has run without unplanned outage since commissioning, and faults are now identified proactively rather than reported by frustrated operators.
