Before you commit
Usually, yes. Most standard receipt printers, scanners and cash drawers will work. Send us a photo of what you have and we will confirm before you buy anything new.
The system keeps trading. Sales are stored locally and sync automatically once the connection is back, so a fibre cut or a router problem does not close the shop.
Yes. Each branch trades independently while stock and sales roll up into one consolidated view, so you can compare branches and move stock between them.
We configure the system to produce compliant tax invoices and integrate with the current KRA requirements. Tell us your obligations when we scope the job and we will set it up accordingly.
A single-till shop is normally trading the same day. Larger or multi-branch sites depend on how much product data has to be loaded — we will give you a realistic timeline before starting.
