Payroll questions we get asked
Yes. PAYE, NSSF and statutory health deductions are configured against current requirements during setup, and we review the rules with you rather than shipping a default and hoping. Where rates change, the configuration is updated.
Yes. Permanent, contract and casual staff can each have their own salary structure, allowances and deduction rules within the same payrun.
They can. A self-service portal lets staff request leave and download their own payslips, which removes a surprising amount of HR admin.
Payroll is restricted by role, so a line manager can approve leave without seeing salaries. We set those permissions during configuration and document who has what.
