Overview
Savannah Retail Group needed consistent security coverage across twelve stores, with footage accessible centrally rather than requiring a visit to each branch.
The Challenge
Each store had different existing equipment, several had no usable network, and no store could close for installation. Stock shrinkage was rising and existing cameras produced footage too poor to identify anyone.
Our Solution
We standardised on 4MP AcuSense IP cameras with PoE, installed local recorders at each branch, and linked all twelve to a central monitoring station at head office over secure VPN. Installation at each store was completed overnight.
The Results
All twelve branches now have identifiable-quality footage with 30-day retention. Reported shrinkage dropped 38% within two quarters of completion.
