Overview
Kisumu County Health Services required standardised ICT equipment across eighteen facilities, delivered under public procurement rules.
The Challenge
Facilities ranged from a county hospital to remote dispensaries with intermittent power. Full procurement documentation and asset registers were mandatory.
Our Solution
We supplied and configured 210 workstations with UPS protection sized for local power conditions, deployed to each facility with on-site staff orientation, and delivered a complete asset register.
The Results
All eighteen facilities now operate on standardised, documented equipment, with a maintained asset register supporting future budgeting.
