Zion Systems has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification by the Kenya Bureau of Standards, covering our processes for equipment supply, installation and technical support.
What this means for clients
Certification confirms that our procedures for handling quotations, projects, support requests and complaints are documented, followed consistently and subject to regular independent audit.
In practical terms, it means the way we handle your project does not depend on which member of staff you happen to reach.
The road to certification
The process took fourteen months and involved documenting every client-facing process, training all staff on the resulting procedures, and passing a two-stage external audit.
"It forced us to write down things we had always simply done," said Amina Hassan, Operations Manager. "That turned out to be valuable in itself — new staff now reach full effectiveness far faster."
